Arek Ferahyan
Managing Partner
Arek Ferahyan has more than 20 years of experience in the area of statutory and international accounting standards and tax regulations together with the areas of incentives, mergers and acquisitions, double taxation treaties and auditing of the various business lines from a tax perspective. His experience includes tax auditing, tax consultations, international tax structuring and due diligence services rendered to several PE houses and multi-national strategic investors with regards to their transactions in various industries.
Before he established his own professional consultancy partnership organisation, he worked in KPMG Turkey tax team for more than 11 years and rendered tax consultancy, tax auditing, and tax due-diligence services to multi-national and local investors.
Arek holds the Certified Public Accountant Certificate (S.M.M.M.) together with Independent Auditor Certificate.
As the founder partner of Arek Consulting, he managed to develop his organisation as a business-oriented, trustworthy, tax audit and consultancy company. With the appreciation of its clients, in a very short period of time, Arek Consulting became a reputable player in the auditing and consultancy fields of Turkey. Currently, Arek Consulting renders advisory and auditing services on both local and international accounting, reporting, tax, and finance related topics.
